My research interest concerned the dynamics of cultural systems from a transdisciplinary approach, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. I have investigated change and change management in social organizations from an evolutionary perspective. I have co-authored several publications in peer reviewed international journals and edited books. I have designed and implemented pluri-disciplinary and international research projects in the context of competitive calls for tenders.
